Lead times
Depending on the item & where it’s coming from, product lead times can vary greatly. We do our best to get things ready and on time and make sure the lines of communication are always open to avoid disappointment.
There are a number of factors that come into play when ordering upholstered furniture. Often dependant on fabric lead times, most manufacturers can complete an item in 4-6 weeks, often this timeframe is shorter when ordered locally.

Delivery and freight
We can deliver anywhere within NZ and with us there are no extras as we always include freight costs in our pricing. Freight is measured on a cubic metre rate and unfortunately as with many things in our industry the cost of freight increases each year, something beyond our control. With regard to freighting companies we endeavor to use only those with whom we trust and know will deliver product with the respect it deserves.

Delivery and installation needs to be overseen by experts. So furniture will never turn up on site to your commercial project unaccompanied by a company representative. After all, it’s not the truck driver’s job to answer questions. Likewise, we’re always ready to step up and help out, post-installation if there are any issues.

Pricing is dependent on quantities, fabrics, finishes & freight. We do our best to be as competitive as possible.

Warranties always differ depending on the product and supplier. For soft furnishings, fabric is always independant of the product therefore carries their own warranty from the fabric supplier. Please feel free to enquire should you need any further information.
