Everyone loves sushi and this lunchtime hotspot is no exception. A simple yet classic fitout, the seating area needed to be contained to avoid furniture from sprawling into the aisles of the mall. Keeping in mind the Japanese aesthetic of fine lines and symmetry, the supply of tables and robust stacking chairs provided a cost effective and practical solution to this busy little eatery.
